RETURN POLICY

- Items MUST NOT smell of smoke or any other odors.

-We require all tags still attached, not worn or washed.

-All Sale items are FINAL.

-Returns will be issued store credit or can be exchanged for a different size.

-NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

-Buyer is responsible for shipping items back.

-Jeans must have original tags and button still attached.

SHOES: 

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box or package, as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. If
you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, we will not accept them. Any signs of wear to the shoe or damage to the shoe, will
make them ineligible for return.

LOST PACKAGES

We not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. We recommend
purchasing “Route Shipping Insurance” at checkout to cover your order if it is
lost, stolen or damaged. If you think your package is lost or stolen and you
purchased the shipping insurance, you must file a claim within 30 days of the
order being shipped out or the claim will not be accepted.
